*This meeting is the follow-up review of the master plan for the 76 Place at Market East. The meeting is scheduled for 9:30am to 5:00pm due to expected high amount of public comment. Therefore this meeting is split into two assignments with two note-takers, and this is the SHIFT 1 for 9:30am to 1:00pm. After you are assigned, the Philly Docs team will reach out to figure out a time to meet as a group to discuss high-level takeaways. There likely will be a 30 minute break, so please use that time to eat lunch, use the restroom, whatever you need to take care of yourself.

The Civic Design Review committee dedicates part of the agenda to hearing from the public. Staff ask that participants limit repetitive comments – this will help make sure everyone is heard. During the public comment period of the agenda, a moderator will call on preregistered commenters first. Pre-registering to comment is not required, but it does reserve a spot early in the list of speakers. The moderator will call on meeting attendees after that list is exhausted. If you were unable to pre-register, during the public comment period please use the “raise hand” feature in Zoom. If you are joining by phone, you may also use the “raise hand” feature by dialing “*9” during the public comment period. Each speaker has two (2) minutes for comment. The public can also submit comments in writing before the meeting. Comments submitted in advance should not be read during the live meeting. Committee members will consider written comment and spoken comment equally. Written comments will be incorporated into the official meeting minutes. Written comments can be submitted by emailing CDR@phila.gov. The deadline to submit comments is 12:00 PM Thursday, March 28, 2024.
