A routine meeting of the Arts Commission was rocked by information from city staff that all city commissions and advisory committees may undergo major structural changes in the near future. Staff revealed that a proposal working its way through the City Clerk’s office would standardize the size of the committees, restructure how they were appointed, and change how they could report to the council.
