The San Diego City Council is the city’s primary legislative body. It is responsible for adopting the city budget, approving mayoral appointees, levying taxes, and making or amending city laws, policies, and ordinances.
This is the first part of 2 sessions today. Make sure to be there at 10 am for the first part. The 2nd part will be covered by another Documenter at 2pm.
Note: This meeting will be information-heavy as they will be approving multiple consent agenda items that can become discussion items. As such, we require a Documenter who has at least 2 notes published to cover this.
